Since day 1, we’ve been redefining what working remotely looks like and feels like. By doing away with internal emails (true story!) and reducing recurring meetings that clog calendars, we’ve eliminated “work waste.” Our asynchronous collaboration tools and co-working spaces close to home where team members can contribute to their community’s economic growth make working for Crisp unlike working anywhere else.

We may not have a water cooler, but we’ve created something even better: communities. At Crisp, you can join hundreds of slack channels to talk about anything. Plants, book clubs, even a channel just for Wordle players.

2030 Vision and beyond
When I founded Crisp, the supply chain was not a trending topic. The food industry was hesitant to collaborate, and data was locked in silos. But I saw an industry that, although slow to change, was ripe for digital transformation. Fast forward to the launch of Crisp!
My goal is to create a work culture for employees that is meaningful and fulfilling for an entire career, enabling teams to do their best work each day. Diversity and inclusion are a core priority of the company strategy. Women make up half of our leadership team, and recruitment practices are centered around creating inclusive opportunities that seek out diverse candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
