What’s new in Crisp? Track Publix sales, explore new dashboards, export data to Amazon Redshift, and more

Crisp Product Manager Jordon White shares a roundup of this month’s updates to the Crisp data platform.

Crisp values making your everyday data tasks easy while also providing you with tools to take a deep-dive into your business. This month, we’ve added new dashboards that provide year-over-year data and expanded time filters to help you unlock additional insights — along with integrations for Publix, Amazon Redshift, and more. Read on for more about this month’s product updates.

Understand velocity trends with new year-over-year dashboards

The new Year Over Year Velocity Dashboard displays prior year data for comparison and year-over-year percent change to help you gain a deeper understanding of how your business health is changing over time.

Explore distribution trends over time

The new Explore Distribution dashboard allows you to filter for any timeframe, so you can understand your distribution trends throughout your brand’s growth. This provides you with additional points of comparison, so you can dig deeper into what’s driving changes in distribution and capitalize on successful strategies that yield positive POD growth.

Keep shelves stocked with new KeHE Fill Rate data

The new KeHE Fill Rate to Stores dashboard helps you ensure your distributor is shipping the products your customers order and in the right quantities (known as fill rate). Once you identify where your fill rate is lower than expected, you can investigate issues and find solutions to keep customers happy and sales growing.

Access data for Publix and Walmart Canada and Mexico

Crisp now offers the following new and expanded data integrations, allowing you to access the latest data within your BI or analytics tools of choice:

  • Publix: Publix has expanded access to sales and inventory reporting for its suppliers, and Crisp can now automatically ingest your most recent Publix data.
  • Sam’s Club: Access timely sales and inventory data from Sam’s club directly within your tool of choice.
  • Crisp’s Walmart Connector now includes data from Walmart Mexico and Canada to allow you to get the full picture of your Walmart sales.

Send your data to Amazon Redshift

The new Amazon Redshift Outbound Connector allows you to pipe your data to your Amazon Redshift data warehouse, making it simple and cost-effective to efficiently analyze all your data using your existing cloud data warehouse.
